| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. The definition of "employee" in Section 1 of Chapter 150E of the General |

| 32 | 32 | | 2Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words |

| 33 | 33 | | 3"and the officers and employees within the departments of the state secretary, state treasurer, |

| 34 | 34 | | 4state auditor and attorney general". |

| 35 | 35 | | 5 SECTION 2. The definition of "employer" in Section 1 of Chapter 150E of the General |
