| 28 | 28 | 1 SECTION 1. Paragraph (f) of subdivision 2 of section 5 of chapter 32 of the general laws, | |
| 29 | 29 | 2as appearing in the 2018 official edition, is hereby amended in line 211 by adding after the word | |
| 30 | 30 | 3“law,” the following: “or adjusted from actions related to chapter 149, section 105A,” . | |
| 31 | 31 | 4 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2023. |
