2727 An Act relative to Boston school police retirement.
2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 SECTION 1. Group 2 of paragraph (g) of subdivision 2 of section 3 of chapter 32 of the
3131 2General Laws, as amended by chapter 221 of the acts of 2018, is hereby amended by inserting
3232 3after the words “services having police powers;” the following words:- Boston school police
3333 4officers;.
3434 5 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
