| 28 | 28 | | 1 Section 23 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, |

| 29 | 29 | | 2is hereby amended by inserting, in line 201, after the words “representative of a public safety |

| 30 | 30 | | 3union” the following words:- from a list of 3 candidates nominated by the executive board of the |

| 31 | 31 | | 4Massachusetts Association of Contributory Retirement Systems, Inc. who shall be a member of |

| 32 | 32 | | 5the state employees’ retirement system, the teachers’ retirement system, or any other retirement |
