2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 Section 23 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition,
2929 2is hereby amended by inserting, in line 201, after the words “representative of a public safety
3030 3union” the following words:- from a list of 3 candidates nominated by the executive board of the
3131 4Massachusetts Association of Contributory Retirement Systems, Inc. who shall be a member of
3232 5the state employees’ retirement system, the teachers’ retirement system, or any other retirement
3333 6system that has been vested in the PRIT Fund.
