2525 An Act relative to embarkation fees.
2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 SECTION 1. Section 129 of Chapter 46 of the acts of 2003, as amended by Section 11 of
2929 2Chapter 55 of the acts of 2003, is hereby amended by striking, in Subsection (a) of section 129,
3030 3the figure “$.50” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$2.00”;
3131 4 And by striking, in subsection (b), the figure “$.50” and inserting in place thereof the
3232 5following figure:- “$2.00”.
