29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1: Section 38EE of Chapter 63 of the General Laws of 2020 is hereby |

30 | 30 | | 2amended by striking section 38EE(i) and replacing it with the following:- "Section EE(i) The |

31 | 31 | | 3department shall authorize the tax credits under this section. The total value of the tax credits |

32 | 32 | | 4authorized in this section, together with those authorized in section 6M of chapter 62, shall not |

33 | 33 | | 5exceed $12,000,000 in taxable years 2023 and 2024; and shall not exceed $15,000,000 in taxable |
