2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Subsection (u) of section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
3131 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 349, after the word “has” the following
3232 3words:- “been awarded permanent disability compensation by the United States Department of
3333 4Veterans Affairs at a 100% rating, or".
