Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 7 of Chapter 66 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following 2sentence:- All records in the custody of the state secretary shall be open to public inspection and 3available for copying after the expiration of 75 years from the creation of the record.
