| 29 | 29 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any license renewal application set forth in Chapter 112 of |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 2the general laws, the division of professional licensure shall develop and implement an automatic |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 3license renewal system for the professional licenses set forth in this chapter. The automatic |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4license renewal system shall be designed to notify licensed professionals of an upcoming license |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5expiration date and offer the ability to automatically renew the license online, wherever possible. |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6 SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its passage. |
