The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act to set equal contracting conditions for electricity customers on basic service. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 1B of chapter 164 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in 2subsection (d), the words “for periods of up to six months” and inserting in place thereof the 3following words:- for the procurement period.
