An Act exempting prepaid wireless customers from E911 fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of section 18H of chapter 6A of the General Laws, as 
2appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the seventh sentence 
3and inserting in place thereof the following sentence: the provisions of this subsection shall not 
4apply to prepaid wireless service as defined in section 18A.
