An Act to remove woody biomass from the greenhouse gas emissions standard for municipal 
lighting plants.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 11F3/4 of Chapter 25A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 
22020 Official Edition, and as amended by Section 34 of Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2021, is hereby 
3further amended in clause (i) of subsection (c) by striking the words “biomass fuel; and (11)”. 
4 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
