An Act relative to enhancing RPS standards.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 11F of chapter 25A, most recently amended by section 32 of chapter 8 of the acts
2of 2021, is hereby amended by striking out in line 18 "until December 31, 2029".
