2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 Section 9 (j) of Chapter 75 of the Acts of 2016 is hereby amended by striking the first
2929 2sentence of the third paragraph and inserting at the beginning of the paragraph:- "The department
3030 3shall exempt any monthly minimum reliability contribution for low-income ratepayers and
3131 4community solar ratepayers. The department may exempt or modify any monthly minimum
3232 5reliability contribution for municipal ratepayers."
