An Act relative to Steamship Authority borrowing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Paragraph (b) of section 4 of chapter 701 of the acts of 1960 as most
2recently amended by Section 12 of chapter 79 of the Acts of 2014 is hereby amended by striking
3out the figure “$100,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-
4"$150,000,000".
