| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 30A of chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by |

| 31 | 31 | | 2inserting after the word “policies” the following words:- , private detectives and private |

| 32 | 32 | | 3investigator as defined in section 22 of chapter 147 and licensed in accordance with section 25 of |

| 34 | 34 | | 5 SECTION 2. Section 30 of chapter 147 is hereby amended by adding after paragraph 11 |
