2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 100A of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the
3232 2following subsection:-
3333 3 (k) This section shall apply to men and women who die on active duty whether combat
3434 4related or not.
