2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Section 59 of chapter 33 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking subsection
3131 2(e) and inserting in place thereof the following:-
3232 3 (e) An employee of a county, city or town which shall be entitled to the benefits and
3333 4protections of this section or the benefits of the accepted earlier law.
