An Act relative to early education funding.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 64 of chapter 23K of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended in line 9, by adding after the word “year” the following words:- ; and 
3provided further, that 32.5 percent of the funds shall be appropriated for the purposes of early 
4education to supplement, not offset, any reduction in the general appropriation act from the 
5previous fiscal year.
