| 30 | 30 | | 1 Section 12 of Chapter 156C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official |

| 31 | 31 | | 2Edition, is hereby amended by striking subsection (d) and inserting in place thereof the |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 3following:- |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4 (d) The fee for the filing of the certificate of organization required by subsection (a) shall |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 5be five hundred dollars. The fee for the filing of the annual report required by subsection (c) shall |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6be five hundred dollars, except as provided in subsection (e). Such fees shall be paid to the state |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 7secretary at the time the certificate of organization or the annual report is filed. |

| 37 | 37 | | 8 (e) The fee for the filing of the certificate of organization required by subsection (a) for a |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 9limited liability company with 6 employees or fewer shall be two hundred and fifty dollars. The |

| 39 | 39 | | 10fee for the filing of the annual report required by subsection (c) for a limited liability company 2 of 2 |

| 40 | 40 | | 11with 6 employees or fewer shall be two hundred and fifty dollars. Such fees shall be paid to the |
