| 29 | 29 | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of | |
| 30 | 30 | 2Wellfleet shall be exempt from complying with Sections 26 through 27G of Chapter 149 of the | |
| 31 | 31 | 3General Laws for projects estimated to cost $75,000 or less. | |
| 32 | 32 | 4 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on the first day of the fiscal year following passage | |
