17 | 17 | | 1 SECTION 1. To provide for supplementing certain items in the general appropriation act |
---|
18 | 18 | | 2and other appropriation acts for fiscal year 2023, the sums set forth in section 2 are hereby |
---|
19 | 19 | | 3appropriated from the General Fund, unless specifically designated otherwise in this act or in |
---|
20 | 20 | | 4those appropriation acts, for the several purposes and subject to the conditions specified in this |
---|
21 | 21 | | 5act or in those appropriation acts and subject to the laws regulating the disbursement of public |

387 | 387 | | 371town may amortize over fiscal years 2025 to 2027, inclusive, in equal installments or more |

389 | 389 | | 373as defined in section 21C of said chapter 59, shall adopt a deficit amortization schedule in |

391 | 391 | | 375commissioner of revenue may issue guidelines or instructions for reporting the amortization of |

392 | 392 | | 376deficits authorized by this section. |
