2929 An Act authorizing the City of Newton to prohibit the application of second generation anti-
3030 coagulant rodenticides within its borders.
3131 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3232 of the same, as follows:
3333 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding chapter 132B of the general laws or any other general or
3434 2special law to the contrary, the City of Newton may by ordinance prohibit the application of
3535 3second generation anti-coagulant rodenticides within the City of Newton, including application
3636 4of such pesticides by licensed commercial applicators as defined in 333 C.M.R. 10.00.
3737 5 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
