| 29 | 29 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Trial Court |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 2shall establish a sick leave bank for Tiffany Brennan, an employee of the Trial Court. Any |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 3employee of the Massachusetts Trial Court may voluntarily contribute one or more sick, |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4personal, or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Tiffany Brennan. If Tiffany Brennan |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5terminates employment with the Trial Court or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, any |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6remaining time in the sick leave bank shall be transferred to the Trial Court-paid leave bank. |

| 37 | 37 | | 7Sick leave bank days shall not be used for absences unrelated to the illness or disability that |

| 38 | 38 | | 8necessitated the establishment of the sick leave bank as determined by the Massachusetts Trial |
