| 30 | 30 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | of the same, as follows: |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 1 SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 2Andover, acting by and through its select board, in consultation with the Andover conservation |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 3commission, may convey, upon such terms and conditions and for consideration in such sum as |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 4the select board deems appropriate, a non-exclusive easement over, under and through portions |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 5of property described in subsection (b) for purposes of providing motor vehicle and pedestrian |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 6access and egress over said land; provided, however, that such non-exclusive easement shall not |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 7allow parking on said land. |

| 39 | 39 | | 8 (b) The property on which said easement may be granted is shown on Assessor’s Map |

| 40 | 40 | | 9117 as Lot 15 and is located at 268 Andover street in the town of Andover. The property is more |

| 41 | 41 | | 10particularly described on a plan entitled, “Plan of Land in Andover, prepared for Kathleen & |
