2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 Section 2 of chapter 210 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition,
2929 2is hereby amended by striking out lines 47 to 49, inclusive, and inserting in place thereof the
3030 3following paragraph:-
3131 4 Any surrender given outside of the commonwealth shall be valid for the purpose of this
3232 5section if it was taken in accordance with the laws of the commonwealth or the laws of the place
3333 6where it was executed.
