| 27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | 1 Notwithstanding section 17 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws or any other general or |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 2special rule or regulation to the contrary, the licensing authority of the Town of Pembroke may |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 3grant one (1) additional license for the retail of alcohol beverages under section 15 of said |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4Chapter 138 to be exercised at and located at 295 Old Oak Street (Parcel ID: G15-36). A license |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5granted under this section shall be subjected to all of said Chapter 138 except said section 17. |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6 Once issued, the licensing authority shall not approve the transfer of the license issued |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 7under subsection (a) to any other locations, but it may grant the license to a new applicant at the |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 8same location if the applicant files with the authority a letter from the Department of Revenue |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 9and a letter from the Department of Unemployment Assistance indicating the license is in good |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 10standing with those departments and that all applicable taxes, fees, and contributions have been |
|---|

| 40 | 40 | | 12 If the license granted under this section is cancelled, revoked, or no longer in use, it shall |

| 41 | 41 | | 13be returned physically, with all of the legal rights, privileges, and restrictions pertaining thereto, |

|---|
