| 25 | 25 | | 1 SECTION 1. (a) The city of New Bedford may grant an easement to the University of |

| 26 | 26 | | 2Massachusetts at Dartmouth for the installation and maintenance of underground utilities under a |

| 27 | 27 | | 3portion of the land owned by the city at Fort Taber park. The portion of the land over which an |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | 4easement may be granted and under which utilities are installed is shown on a plan of land |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | 5entitled “Utility as Built Plan UMASS DARTMOUTH SMAST ii, 760 S. RODNEY FRENCH |
