The committee on Senate Ways and Means to whom was referred the Senate Bill relative
to equal access on DCR roadways (Senate, No. 2557), - reports, recommending that the same
ought to pass with an amendment substituting a new draft entitled "An Act providing for equal
access to certain roadways under the jurisdiction of the department of conservation and
recreation". Senate, No. 2895.

An Act providing for equal access to certain roadways under the jurisdiction of the department of
conservation and recreation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1 of chapter 164 of the acts of 2022 is hereby amended by inserting after the first
2sentence the following sentence:- Any such easement shall grant the same rights of access for the
3benefit of all other properties on the Columbia Point peninsula located between William T.
4Morrissey Boulevard, William J. Day Boulevard and Dorchester Bay.
