| 24 | 24 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

| 25 | 25 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 26 | 26 | | 1 Pursuant to chapter 65 of the acts of 2010 and notwithstanding section 5A of chapter 3 of |

| 27 | 27 | | 2the General Laws, the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance, in |

| 28 | 28 | | 3consultation with the commissioner of conservation and recreation, may lease or enter into other |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | 4agreements with Riverside Boat Club of Cambridge in the city of Cambridge, for a reconfigured |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 5parcel of land for the continued operation of its historical rowing program and boathouse. The |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 6parcel of land is more particularly described on a plan of land entitled “Plan Showing Reoriented |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 7Boundary for Riverside Boat Club of Cambridge”, revised July 29, 2024, including adjacent |

| 33 | 33 | | 8water sheet currently being used and shall include appurtenant rights of access from adjoining |

| 34 | 34 | | 9public roadways. The commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance may make |

| 35 | 35 | | 10minor revisions to the plan and file the same for recording in the Middlesex southern district |

| 36 | 36 | | 11registry of deeds and may execute any leases or other agreements consistent with said chapter 65. |
