An Act to create a facilities loan program for private special education schools.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts School 
2Building Authority, under the authority granted to it under the School Modernization and 
3Reconstruction Trust Fund pursuant to section 35BB of chapter 10 of the General Laws, shall 
4promulgate regulations for the creation of a no-interest or low-interest loan program for facility 
5construction and upgrades at schools approved under chapter 71B.
