| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 31 | 31 | | 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the trial court shall establish a |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 2sick leave bank for Mary Katherine Sheehan, an employee of the trial court. Any employee of |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 3the trial court may voluntarily contribute 1 or more sick, personal or vacation days to the sick |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4leave bank for use by Mary Katherine Sheehan. If Mary Katherine Sheehan terminates |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5employment with the trial court or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, any remaining time |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6in the sick leave bank shall be transferred to the trial court paid leave bank. Sick leave bank days |

| 37 | 37 | | 7shall not be used for absences unrelated to the illness or disability that necessitated the |
