| 29 | 29 | | 1 Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 30B of the General Laws or any other general |

| 30 | 30 | | 2or special law or bylaw to the contrary, the town of Wellfleet Selectboard is authorized to lease a |

| 31 | 31 | | 3portion of the property located at 715 Old Kings Highway, Wellfleet, MA, shown on the |

| 32 | 32 | | 4Assessor's Map 36, Parcel 606, which is also the site of the Wellfleet Adult Community Center, |

| 33 | 33 | | 5to the private, non-profit organization known as the Wellfleet Food Pantry for the purpose of |
