2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 SECTION 1. Subsection (c) of section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as
3131 2appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 44 the number “4”
3232 3and inserting in place thereof the number “3”; and further by striking in line 51 the number “4”
