| 31 | 31 | | 2Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after paragraph (6) of subsection (e), the following |

| 35 | 35 | | 6contracts to provide and coordinate services on a capitated basis shall reimburse the nursing |

| 36 | 36 | | 7home for care and services provided to a MassHealth member at an amount no less than the |

| 37 | 37 | | 8Medicaid fee-for-service payments rates established in 101 CMR 206: Standard Payments to |

| 38 | 38 | | 9Nursing Facilities; provided, however, that such reimbursement payments shall include room and |

| 39 | 39 | | 10board and all rate add-ons specified pursuant to 101 CMR 206, for the purposes of ensuring |
