2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Section 1 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 20 of
3131 2chapter 55 of the acts of 2017, is hereby amended in the definition of “craft marijuana cultivator
3232 3cooperative” by striking out the words “to marijuana establishments but not to consumers” and
3333 4inserting in place thereof the following words: “to those entities or individuals authorized by law
3434 5or regulation to receive such deliveries.”
