2828 An Act to ensure consistency in environment and natural resources management planning.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Subsection (a) of section 10 of chapter 21N of the General Laws, as so appearing, is
3232 2hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following words:- Upon the adoption of the
3333 3state plan, all certificates, licenses, permits, authorizations, grants, financial obligations, projects,
3434 4actions and approvals for any proposed projects, uses or activities in and by a state agency or
3535 5state authority shall be consistent, to the maximum extent practicable, with the plan.
