| 31 | 31 | | 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department of |

| 32 | 32 | | 2conservation and recreation shall reclaim the land being more particularly bounded and described |

| 33 | 33 | | 3as follows: Southerly by the northerly line of Belgrade Avenue, fifty-seven (57) feet more or |

| 34 | 34 | | 4less; Westerly by land of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, known as West Roxbury |

| 35 | 35 | | 5Parkway, one hundred twenty (120) feet more or less; Northerly by the southerly side line of the |

| 36 | 36 | | 6location of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad, fifty-seven (57) feet more or less; |
