2525 An Act clarifying Massachusetts health coverage for ex-spouses.
2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 Section 5A of Chapter 176G of the General Laws, as appearing in the official 2020
2929 2edition, is amended by adding the following subsection:
3030 3 (f) This section shall apply to employees who are based in a Massachusetts office of their
3131 4employer and are Massachusetts residents, regardless of the location in which the employer is
3232 5based.
