29 | 29 | | 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, if an employee, hired as a |

30 | 30 | | 2result of a covered individual taking leave under the provisions of chapter 175M of the General |

31 | 31 | | 3Laws, is subsequently separated from that employment when the covered individual is restored |

32 | 32 | | 4to that position, and is eligible for unemployment insurance benefits under the provisions of |

33 | 33 | | 5chapter 151A of the General Laws, those benefit charges shall not accrue to the employer’s |
---|
34 | 34 | | 6experience rating but rather shall be charged to the solvency fund. |
