The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act relative to the workers’ compensation premium payment schedules for small businesses. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 25Q of Chapter 152 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official 2Edition, is hereby amended in subsection (4) by adding, after the first sentence, the following 3sentence:- 4 Subsection (1) shall not apply to groups that have been in existence for at least 5 years 5and have established a premium payment plan acceptable to the commissioner.
