2929 An Act to promote graduate medical education.
3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3131 of the same, as follows:
3232 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 118E of the General Laws is amended by adding at the end thereof,
3333 2the following new section:
3434 3 Section 78. MassHealth shall make Graduate Medical Education payments for primary
3535 4care, behavioral health, and other physician shortage professions residency training. Eligible
3636 5recipients shall include community health centers and hospitals licensed in the Commonwealth.
