3131 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3232 of the same, as follows:
3333 1 Section 14 of Chapter 13 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the
3434 2following section:-
3535 3 (l) maintain independent control over the practice and licensure of nursing in the
3636 4Commonwealth.
