| 28 | 28 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 41 of Chapter 118E of the General Laws shall be amended by |

| 29 | 29 | | 2inserting at the end thereof the following:- |

| 30 | 30 | | 3 “Nothing in this section shall be interpreted or construed to conflict with 42 U.S.C. § |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 41320a-7b(b), as amended, or with federal common law, federal agency interpretations or federal |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 5agency legal opinions regarding 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(b).” |
