2525 An Act relative to reciprocity clarification.
2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 SECTION 1. Section 41 of Chapter 118E of the General Laws shall be amended by
2929 2inserting at the end thereof the following:-
3030 3 “Nothing in this section shall be interpreted or construed to conflict with 42 U.S.C. §
3131 41320a-7b(b), as amended, or with federal common law, federal agency interpretations or federal
3232 5agency legal opinions regarding 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(b).”
3333 6 SECTION 2. Section 3 of Chapter 175H of the General Laws shall be amended by
3434 7inserting at the end thereof the following new subsection:-
3535 8 “(e) Nothing in this section shall be interpreted or construed to conflict with 42 U.S.C. §
3636 91320a-7b(b), as amended, or with federal common law, federal agency interpretations or federal
3737 10agency legal opinions regarding 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(b).”
