| 32 | 32 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 33 | 33 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule, or regulation to the |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 2contrary, there is hereby established a scholarship fund to increase the number of medical |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 3providers who are knowledgeable in autism. Individuals eligible for applying for the scholarship |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 4are students attending the university of Massachusetts medical school, state run/public nursing |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 5schools, and schools of state run/public dentistry schools who are either studying issues related |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 6to autism and/or plan to work with individuals with autism upon graduation. Three scholarships |

| 39 | 39 | | 7total will be awarded annually: one to a student attending the university of Massachusetts |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | 8medical school, one attending a state run/public nursing program, and one attending a state |
