| 30 | 30 | | 1 Section 32 of Chapter 121B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting the |

| 31 | 31 | | 2following at the end of the fifth paragraph: notwithstanding any other laws to the contrary, |

| 32 | 32 | | 3benefits received by veterans and/or their spouses as a result of eligibility for such benefits under |
