2727 An Act relative to public housing determination for veterans.
2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Section 32 of Chapter 121B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting the
3131 2following at the end of the fifth paragraph: notwithstanding any other laws to the contrary,
3232 3benefits received by veterans and/or their spouses as a result of eligibility for such benefits under
3333 4Chapter 115 shall be excluded for purposes of rent determination.
