3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3131 of the same, as follows:
3232 1 SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, so appearing, is hereby
3333 2amended by striking out the sixtieth clause as amended by Section 1 of Chapter 69 of the Acts of
3434 32020, and inserting in place thereof the following clause:- Sixtieth, “Age of criminal majority”
3535 4shall mean the age of “19.”
3636 5 SECTION 2. Said clause of said section 7 of said chapter 4 is further amended by striking
3737 6out the number “19,” inserting in place thereof the following number:- “20”
3838 7 SECTION 3. Said clause of said section 7 of said chapter 4 is further amended by striking
3939 8out the number “20,” and inserting in place thereof the following number:- “21” 2 of 18
