| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 58 of chapter 131 of the General Laws is hereby amended by |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 2inserting the following words after "thereof.":- |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 3 "Provided further that any persons hunting migratory game birds from a watercraft or any |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4boat or floating device propelled by sail, steam, naphtha, gasoline, electricity, compressed air or |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5similar motive power, shall not discharge any firearm within one thousand feet of the coastal |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6shoreline." |

| 35 | 35 | | 7 SECTION 2. Section 65 of chapter 131 of the General Law is hereby amended by |

| 36 | 36 | | 8inserting the following words after "blind":- ", provided further that any water craft used for said |
