An Act relative to a technical change to the George L. Darey Inland Fisheries and Game Fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 10G of chapter 21A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 90, the words “Inland Fish” and
3inserting in place thereof the following words:- Georgy L. Darey Inland Fisheries.
4 SECTION 2. Section 17 of chapter 58 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby
5amended by inserting after the word “the”, in line 9, the following words:- George L. Darey.
6 SECTION 3. Section 13 of chapter 64A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby
7amended by inserting after the word “the”, in line 12, the following words:- George L. Darey.
8 SECTION 4. Section 2A of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby
9amended by inserting after the word “the”, in line 1, the following words:- George L. Darey. 2 of 2
10 SECTION 5. Section 2B of said chapter 131, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
11inserting after the word “the”, in line 5, the following words:- George L. Darey.
12 SECTION 6. Section 3 of said chapter 131, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
13inserting after the word “the”, in line 7, the following words:- George L. Darey.
14 SECTION 7. Section 4 of said chapter 131, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
15inserting after the word “the”, in line 190, the following words:- George L. Darey.
16 SECTION 8. Section 11 of said chapter 131, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
17inserting after the word “the”, in line 81, the following words:- George L. Darey.
18 SECTION 9. Section 22A of said chapter 131, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
19inserting after the word “the”, in line 14, the following words:- George L. Darey.
20 SECTION 10. Section 14 of chapter 101 of the Acts of 2003 is hereby repealed.
