2828 An Act relative to Department of Conservation and Recreation Title IX compliance.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 3C of Chapter 21 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2022
3232 2official edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection at the end thereof:
3333 3 (b) The annual budget as promulgated in chapter 21 section 3C shall include a work
3434 4timeline and related efforts the department has made and is scheduled to make in guaranteeing
3535 5compliance with the federal Title IX of the Higher Education Act of 1972 ensuring equal
3636 6accommodations for sexes in Department of Conservation and Recreation owned facilities.
